Worcestershire County Council is committed to making its websites and applications accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.

This accessibility statement applies to the Registration Services Portal.

This website is run by the provider WPC Software Limited. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • zoom in without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate most of the website using just a keyboard (including skip to content or skip to main navigation)
  • navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
  • listen to most of the website using a screen reader

Non-accessible content

We know some parts of this website aren’t fully accessible:

  • some form elements are not labelled correctly for screen reader users
  • some minor parts of the form cannot be used by keyboard users
  • some pages do not use landmarks for screen reader users

  • some pages do not contain landmarks (1.3.1 Info and Relationships)

This statement was prepared on 23 October 2025. 

This website was last tested during October 2025. The testing was carried out using the following methods:

  • Axe Developer Tools to check the underlying code
  • keyboard only access testing a selection of user journeys
  • NVDA screen reader testing a selection of user journeys
  • zoom up to 400% to test that the site is responsive
