Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2026 [Disabled Persons’ Parking Space on Boughton Street, Worcester]
On 12 February 2026 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons’ parking space on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester:
Boughton Street (south side): from a point of 26 metres from its junction with Skinner Road for a distance of 6.6 metres in a south westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 5 March 2026.
