Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (District of Wychavon – Evesham Area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2026 [Prohibition of Waiting and No Stopping on School Entrance Markings on Four Pools Road, Evesham]
On 29 January 2026 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following side and length of road in Evesham:
Four Pools Road: (Northern most vehicular entrance to The De Montfort High School) (Both sides): From its junction with Four Pools Road for 22 metres in an easterly direction.
No Stopping on School Keep Clear Markings
Four Pools Road (East side): From a point 68 metres north of its junction with Four Pools Lane for 26 metres in a northerly direction; From a point 120 metres north of its junction with Four Pools Lane for 26 metres in a northerly direction; From a point 198 metres north of its junction with Four Pools Lane for 43.5 metres in a northerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 19 February 2026.
