Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (Wyre Forest District – Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2026 [Disabled Persons’ Parking Space on Radford Avenue, Kidderminster]
On 12 March 2026 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be create a disabled persons’ parking space on the following length and side of road in Kidderminster:
Radford Avenue (south west side) from a point 16.4 metres north west of its junction with Baxter Avenue for a distance of 6.6 metres in a north western direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 2 April 2026.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
