Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) Worcestershire County Council (A44 Chadbury to Spetchley and A4538 Spetchley) (40 & 50 mph Speed Limit) (Revocation and Proposal) Order 2026
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to update the speed limit on the following lengths of roads in Wychavon to 40 & 50 miles per hour:
40 mph Speed Limit
A44 Evesham Road, Fladbury: From a point 525 metres east of its junction with C2022 Station Road for 710 metres in a westerly direction.
50 mph Speed Limit
A44 Evesham Road, Chadbury to Fladbury: From a point 100 metres southeast of its junction with B4624 roundabout to a point 525 metres east of its junction with C2022 Station Road, Fladbury.
A44 Evesham Road, Fladbury to Lower Moor: From a point 185 metres west of its junction with C2022 Station Road, Fladbury to a point 125 metres east of its junction with UC47205 Cherry Orchard Road, Lower Moor.
A44, Sneachill to Spetchley: From a point 450 metres south of its junction with UC43003 Edwards Lane, Sneachill to a point 1440 metres west of its junction with A422/A4538 roundabout.
A4538 Pershore Lane, Spetchley: From its junction with A44/A422 roundabout for 90 metres in a north westerly direction.
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
