Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) Worcestershire County Council (C2055 Norton Road, Norton) (40 mph Speed Limit) (Revocation and Proposal) Order 2026
On 26 February 2026 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to revoke a section of 40mph speed limit on the following road in Norton:
C2055 Norton Road: from a point 490 metres south of its junction with A4440 (Crookbarrow Way) for 200 metres in a southerly direction.
The revoked section will default to 30 miles per hour by virtue of street lighting.
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 19 March 2026
