I give notice that Central Tipper Hire Ltd is applying to Worcestershire County Council for planning permission for the above proposal. The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated. The development may affect a Public Right(s) of Way, and the setting of a Listed Building(s).
