Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2026 [Limited Waiting (1 hr no return 2 hrs Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm) on Henwick Road, Worcester]
On 5 February 2026 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to impose a limited waiting restriction (1 hr - no return 2 hrs Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5pm) on the following length and side of road in Worcester:
Henwick Road (West side): from a point 36 metres southeast of its junction with Wheeler Close for a distance of 39 metres in a south easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 26 February 2026.
