Worcestershire County Council will be closing the A443 Hylton Road tomorrow evening ( Friday 14 November) at 6:30pm to allow Severn Trent to install flood pumps.
It is estimated that the closure will take around 3 hours.
We have been liaising with Worcester Wolves ahead of their home National Basketball League fixture against Manchester Magic tomorrow evening, which is taking place at The University Arena.
All vehicle access to the Arena will be via Tybridge Street and under the railway arches to enter the Arena.
Any other emergency road closures can be found on the council website. Please stay safe and do not drive through flood water.
