B2C Cohort First Session

Worcestershire County Council’s highly sought-after Elevate Growth Programme is preparing to welcome its next cohort in April, with 50% of places already allocated. Only ten spaces remain for ambitious local business leaders ready to accelerate their growth.

Designed by Worcestershire County Council and delivered on its behalf by Rockfine Group, the Elevate Growth Programme offers established Small to Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) an exclusive package of bespoke consultancy, peer-to-peer learning, and hands-on strategic support designed to turn growth ambitions into reality.

Councillor Alan Amos, Cabinet Member with responsibility for Business and Skills at Worcestershire County Council, said: “The success of the Elevate Growth Programme is a testament to the drive and ambition of Worcestershire’s business community. With focused support to develop clear strategies and set priorities within a robust growth plan, Elevate helps make the vision for growth a reality, taking businesses to the next level.”

The programme brings together cohorts of like-minded business owners who share experiences, challenges, and solutions in a supportive environment. Alongside this, participants benefit from one-to-one consultancy sessions that drill deep into their business model, future vision, and strategic priorities. The result is a tailored growth roadmap that helps each business move confidently along its desired trajectory.

The programme is open to established SMEs across Worcestershire with ambitions to scale, and its proven track record has made it a flagship offer within the county’s business support landscape. With the Elevate Growth Programme set to run until December 2026, the April cohort represents a key opportunity for businesses to secure their place and unlock the full value of this exclusive support.

Local businesses are encouraged to register their interest as soon as possible, as the remaining places are expected to fill quickly.
