Next week (30 March to 4 April), Healthy Worcestershire sessions will focus on Cooking on a Budget, featuring tips on preparing healthy seasonal meals for one person without breaking the bank.

The free programme helps people stay active, meet others and feel part of their local community.

Each session includes gentle exercise, a friendly chat and a cuppa. It’s free to attend and there is no need to book, just turn up on the day.

Healthy Worcestershire sessions run every week in 30 venues across the county and online.
