Healthy Worcestershire is inviting people to join friendly sessions on how to prevent falls throughout the week of 16 February.
People will learn how small changes can help them stay steady on their feet. They will also find out what to do if they do fall, so they can avoid injury and feel more confident.
Healthy Worcestershire sessions take place in 30 venues across the county and online. They include gentle exercise, friendly chats and a cup of tea. There is no need to book, just turn up.
