Next week ( 9 March) Healthy Worcestershire sessions across the county will explore Blue Zones.
Blue Zones are specific regions around the world where people live exceptionally long, healthy lives, often past 100, with lower rates of chronic disease.
The sessions will provide more details on what the Blue Zones are and where they can be found. They will explore how people eat, stay active and shape their lifestyles to live such longer healthier lives.
Throughout March, the free sessions focus on healthy eating and wellbeing, helping residents stay active, meet others and feel part of their community. Each includes gentle exercise, friendly chat and a cuppa, with no need to book.
Sessions run weekly at 30 venues countywide and online. Visit the Healthy Worcestershire website for details.
