Skills Expo 2026
Worcestershire’s biggest skills, training and employment event is back!
Skills Expo 2026 is Worcestershire’s largest careers, skills and training event, bringing together young people, parents and carers, employers, training providers and education partners under one roof.
Previously known as the Worcestershire Skills Show, the event has grown into a flagship countywide showcase of opportunity. Formerly known as the Worcestershire Skills Show, the Expo has evolved into a flagship countywide event designed to inspire ambition, raise awareness of opportunities and help people make informed choices about their future.
Taking place at Sixways Stadium, Skills Expo provides a vibrant, interactive environment where visitors can explore career pathways, speak directly to employers and providers, and discover how skills learned today can lead to real opportunities tomorrow.
Why Attend Skills Expo
Skills Expo is designed to support people at different stages of their career journey:
For students and young people
The Expo offers a chance to explore a wide range of career options, from apprenticeships and technical training to college courses and employment routes. By speaking directly to employers and training providers, students can gain real insight into industries, entry requirements and progression opportunities.
For parents and carers
The dedicated parents and carers session provides an opportunity to better understand the options available to young people after school or college. Attendees can ask questions, gather information and feel more confident supporting career decisions.
For employers and training providers
Skills Expo is a unique opportunity to showcase industries and opportunities, connect with future talent and help shape the skills pipeline for Worcestershire. Exhibitors can engage directly with young people, raise awareness of their sector and build relationships with local schools and colleges.
