Entrepreneurs and small business owners across Worcestershire are invited to a free, high-impact workshop this November designed to give local founders the confidence, skills and support they need to grow and thrive.
Taking place at The Hive, Worcester on Thursday 20 November 2025 (9:30am to 2:45pm), the event forms part of Global Entrepreneurship Week and is tailored for ambitious start-ups and micro-businesses juggling the many demands of running and building a company.
The day will guide attendees through five essential foundations of business success, including: how to build a business plan that evolves with your goals; maintain a healthy cash flow; use AI safely and effectively; how to integrate TikTok into your marketing strategy stay; and creating a realistic roadmap for sustainable growth.
Expert speakers will break down complex topics into clear, practical guidance, with plenty of time for questions, discussion and shared learning.
Attendees will also have the chance to connect with fellow Worcestershire entrepreneurs, gaining fresh ideas, motivation and a strong sense of community as they plan for the year ahead.
Councillor Alan Amos, Cabinet Member for Business and Skills at Worcestershire County Council, said: “Running a small business can be thrilling but also overwhelming. This event is about giving Worcestershire founders real support, practical tools they can put to work straight away, and the chance to connect with others on the same journey. If you’re serious about building a successful business here in Worcestershire, you won’t want to miss it.”
The workshop is fully funded by Worcestershire County Council, in partnership with the Business & IP Centre at The Hive, as part of the county’s commitment to support enterprise, innovation and local economic growth.
Spaces are limited and early booking is recommended.
Whether you’re just starting out or growing your business, this is your chance to gain clarity, build confidence and connect with Worcestershire’s growing entrepreneurial community.
