24/7 NHS Urgent Mental Health Helpline (all ages)

Offers advice, support and assessment for anyone experiencing a mental health crisis. Mental health advisors will be able to listen to your concerns and make appropriate plans with you. They will transfer your call to a trained mental health clinician if needed.

Worcestershire Safe Haven – South Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind

Provides a listening ear, support, and signposting information to those aged 18 and above who are experiencing a mental health crisis. Same night face to face appointments are available to callers who meet the criteria.

The Worcestershire Reach4Wellbeing 

The Worcestershire Reach4Wellbeing promotes and supports emotional wellbeing for children and young people aged 5 to 19 years old. They offer short-term group support programmes for those experiencing emotional difficulties, specifically anxiety, low mood and self-harm.

CAMHS

Worcestershire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) provide a range of wellbeing and mental health support to children, young people and their families across Worcestershire. 

Kooth 

Kooth is an online counselling and emotional well-being platform for children and young people, accessible through mobile, tablet and desktop. Free, safe and anonymous online support for young people.

Childline 

Childline provides support and help for children and young people under 19.
