If you’re worried about someone and don’t know how to tackle it, there are some things you can do to help them open up.

If you think someone is in immediate danger, the quickest way to get help is to call an ambulance on 999.

Make a safety plan

A safety plan can help someone think about what they can do for themselves to help them right now and in the future. The person you’re worried about might already have one you can remind them about.
