With focussed support to develop clear strategies and set priorities within a robust growth plan, the Elevate programme can help make the vision for growth a reality taking your business to the next level.

This is an exclusive and unique offer of bespoke business consultancy and peer2peer working for established Small to Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).

Cohorts of like-minded business owners share experiences and solutions while using the bespoke one to one consultancy sessions to drill down into their business model and future vision developing strategies to help advance the business on the desired growth path.

What’s on offer?

Elevate Growth 2025 runs on average over a 12 week period with up to 16 hours of tailored support giving you time away from the day to day to fully focus on the business future.

Each business will receive 13 hours core support:

  • 7 hours 1:1 bespoke consultancy - businesses are matched to a consultant whose experience aligns with their growth priorities, for example, operational systems, revenue development, leadership or investment
  • 6 hours structured peer learning - 2 in-person sessions (2hrs each) and 2 online sessions (1hr each) with multiple dates to accommodate work commitments
  • plus an addition optional 3 hours – further 1:1 consultancy or in-depth 1:1 mentoring in areas such as:
    • AI integration for productivity                  
    • profitability analysis - financial forecasting and growth modelling
    • funding, investment readiness, pitch preparation

Support begins with an in-depth diagnostic session, creating a snapshot of the business.

Am I eligible?

To receive support through the programme, your business must:

  • be a SME*
  • be operating from an address in Worcestershire
  • be trading for at least 3 years
  • have at least 5 employees
  • be below the Subsidy Control threshold of £315,000 over the previous 3 years, including the value of the support received

*The definition of an SME eligible for grant funding is as follows:

  • has fewer than 250 employees;
  • has either (a) an annual turnover not exceeding €50 million or (b) an annual balance sheet total not exceeding €43 million
  • 25% or more of the capital or the voting rights are not owned by one enterprise, or jointly by several enterprises falling outside this definition of an SME
  • does not own more than 25% of the capital or voting rights in an enterprise falling outside of this definition of SME

Excluded sectors not eligible for support include:

  • Primary agriculture
  • Schools
  • Public sector funded organisations

What areas may be explored

Rockfine have worked across nearly all sectors including healthcare, finance, manufacturing, digital tech and retail, building business models and sales teams with positive results. 

The programme will start with the:

  • Business Model Canvas, assessing business status, current customers, pricing, resources and revenue structures
  • then Objectives, Strategies and Tactics (OST) to identify short-, medium- and long-term goals

Peer sessions: a situation or challenge is presented, followed by open, safe, confidential discussion highlighting experiences, solutions or support, for example, staff or team management issues, sales targets accountability and approaching new markets.

Bespoke support sessions may focus on:

  • Unique Selling Propositions (USP)
  • marketing
  • team
  • systems
  • sales
  • sustainability
  • finance 

In-depth mentorship topics include: 

  • AI integration for productivity
  • profitability analysis
  • financial forecasting and growth modelling
  • funding
  • investment readiness
  • pitch preparation

This project is part-funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and Worcestershire County Council.
