The offer

You will work closely with a Business Coach to build a clear and focused plan for your business.

Before your strategy day, you will complete a business diagnostic exercise designed to clarify your current position and define key priorities. On the day, you will work with your coach to:

  • explore your mission, vision, values, unique selling point, target audience, and products/services
  • review your business strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT)
  • create a one-page strategy with long-term goals and key focus areas
  • identify the most important metric to measure your progress
  • set 3-month goals using Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) with clear actions to take forward

Follow-On Coaching (Up to 4 Hours)

A further four hours of one-to-one support is available and can be used as a half-day session or split across shorter meetings over eight weeks to help you stay on track and adjust your plans as needed.
